  Brought my dog in there thinking it was going to be a safe/reliable place but I was wrong. I had told them when I dropped my dog off he has separation anxiety and has trouble breathing in the heat and should be watched when he is outside at all times. But they called me the next day all had told me my dog had escaped and they could not find him. After a few hour search they told me they were going to call it quits on the search and told me they would keep an eye out at the shelters. I was on vacation so I was not able to assist in finding my dog .. after my sister went there twice she had finally located my dog and was able to retrieve him. I then came back from vacation and went to pick up my dog and they also charged me full price plus additional fees for walking him which they had told me when I dropped him off it was only 24$ a night and that included everything (walking,feeding,potty). I was also told he was bathed the morning I picked him up, which he was not bathed bc he had mudd and stunk very very badly. I also had found a tick by his neck. BEWARE OF THIS PET HOTEL if you care about ur pets health/safety I do NOT RECOMMEND
